Each class is designed to teach quick and easy self-care tools in a safe, nurturing and super-supportive environment. You will feel comfortable and safe and the results will be instantaneous.

PEP offers three classes on a regular basis; others are added occasionally, so be sure to check the calendar often.

Achieving Unlimited Energy – this class is an excellent introduction to energy work. It contains a brief overview of the many techniques you can use every day to increase energy and improve your overall health and well-being.

Qigong is the ancient art of “energy work.” It effectively renews your own energy, helping to create harmony and balance in your life and achieve a peaceful mind state. It works anywhere, any time for all fitness levels, including those with limited movement and mobility.

Five Tibetan Rites/Fountain of Youth – this class teaches five very simple and very low impact exercises that help to keep your muscles and joints limber and youthful. The movements are over 2,000 years old and are still effective! And those who perform them daily (in less than 20 minutes) can effectively slow down the aging process.
