In spiritual communities, beliefs are often grounded in ideology and spiritual
tenets that have been passed down for centuries. Everything the spiritual community does is based on these beliefs and the minister or leader is responsible for imparting these beliefs to the congregation.
To be effective, the spiritual leader must also believe in themselves – and especially in their ability to inspire those in the spiritual community. As in business, inspiration leads people to want to be fully involved and share in the success of the organization; in a spiritual community this means more people are encouraged to evangelize the greater message and offer continual support and stewardship.
Spiritual leaders are especially vulnerable to beliefs that are limiting. As disciples of God,
one common belief is "I am not worthy." Through belief coaching, adjusting this belief to "I am worthy" has had a profoundly positive effect on the leader himself, the church board and the congregation. Overall, the church is more solid, solid and prosperous.
PEP, with belief coaching, can help ministers and spiritual leaders see themselves as true leaders – not just disciples - who are able to inspire, command respect and gather the intellectual and financial support needed to sustain the spiritual community. In addition, PEP offers a way for leaders to help their spiritual community reconnect, renew and reaffirm their relationship with God and the community as a whole.
All leaders of the spiritual community have an opportunity to adjust their beliefs their beliefs with belief coaching, for a community that is more
vibrant, energetic and joyful.
